Dream Big Start Small you will escape into a dreamy journey, following Sophia Michelle as she discovers the many ways she can make a difference in the world by dreaming big and starting small. With her red boots pulled up and head full of new ideas, nothing can stop her from making a difference in the world!

Sophia Michelle's friend Mr. Whale introduces her to many endangered animals doing amazing things to help this world. She learns that even the smallest things can add up to big results. In the end, Sophia Michelle realizes size doesn't matter and that anyone can help make this world a better place.

After reading Dream Big Start Small, have each child either draw and/or write about their own creative event. It can be a version of one from the book or something they dream up themselves. Discuss who they want to help and why. Encourage each child to think of what they love to do for fun and turn that into an event to help others. Anything is possible! Have each child share their ideas and details of their event to showcase their creativity!

Now it’s time to vote on the class's favorite project to produce! Where will the money raised go? (This is a great opportunity to discuss different charities and organizations working to protect animals, people and the world.) Build community and foster self-empowerment, all while having lots of fun!

Make sure to take lots of pictures of your fun event and share with the world. #dreambigstartsmall
